Our normal email response time is within 6 hours. The PhiBase HelpDesk works 24×7 and works two shifts between 02:00 hrs GMT to 20:00 hrs GMT. This timing enables us to respond to emails from members from any part of the world within 6 hours. The email load may also factor into the response time. Technical queries may take between 12 to 24 hours depending on the complexity of the issue.
